Keep all manufacturer-required guards, interlocks, E-stops, procedures, and appropriate onsite supervision in place. You are solely responsible for deciding when remote access or control is safe and for all actions performed through your account. WebPilot is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any guarantee of uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or loss-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TormachTips, WebPilot, and their author/operator disclaim liability for injury, death, property or equipment damage, lost work, lost production, downtime, data loss, consequential loss, or other claims arising from use, misuse, interruption, delay, failure, or inability to use the service.
